Reviews
in Castelfranco Veneto adjacent to the historic center this place won us over with its refined cuisine, modern in the presentation of the dishes but which recalls tradition in the use of carefully chosen products. Some also ownly produced, with the recovery of ancient and little-known plants. An end of year dinner that we will remember. All the dishes would each require a detailed description, but the calamarata and the saddle of venison definitely delighted us. Finally a wine list worthy of being called a story. Congratulations, very good.
This was a surprise first Michelin star experience as my partner took me on my birthday. I cannot express how stunning everything about this place is. The attention to detail is incredible, even lighting music and the bathroom were on point. The service was impeccable, they even noticed things about us without us mentioning anything. This made our experience over the top 😍
The food was art. We had the Anima, where you get five (if my memory does me well) courses with a pairing of wine for each one. The pairings were beyond anything and really added to the experience. At the end of the dinner they were kind enough to surprise me with a small chocolate (my favourite!) birthday cake and a candle. I truly loved the whole night, you can see why they have a Michelin star. I’d even say they deserve another one ❤️ (I am no critic hahah)
I thoroughly enjoyed dining at this marvellous restaurant. The food was sublime and the service impeccable. We went for the Anima set menu.
I'm glad we went to Feva for our first Michelin experience. And don't be concerned with four stars, I always reserve the fifth star for second visit.
FOOD: Fantastic all around. We ordered the Body/Corpo but we got a lot more. Chef's welcome plates included fabulous surprises. From truffle spread to mussels, they were joy to our taste bud. It was followed by another surprise "Jerusalem artichoke" (best appetizer today) it was light with pleasant saltiness. Wish I had more. Finally to what we ordered. Lightly seasoned and heated meat, mushroom risotto, sea urchin pasta, and lamb. Nothing to complain about, but I will say that each dish was pleasantly different and something I never tasted before. It was an experience and each dish was fun and far from plain or boring. The last dish was tiramisu. Once again, never had tiramisu like this. Simple, soft, and very tasty, but not too sweet. Walked out happy and fulfilled.
SERVICE: The best service I received in Italy (guess that why they got the star). Professional and friendly. Explained each dish patiently and answered all our rudimentary questions (thank you). If food was an art, then service was a science. They knew exactly when to serve and take away. They gave us enough time to taste and enjoy each dish. And just as we were thinking about the next dish, it was on our table. Great people and fantastic service.
PRICE: it's Michelin so it is not cheap. But I will say quality was superb, service was perfect, quantity was fulfilling, experience was grand. Money was well worth it. Spent €168 for two.
LOCATION: Easy to find and short walking distance from Duomo. Has its own parking.
Thanks for the experience Feva!
Lovely simple decor, marvelous food, and parking. They earn their star with every dish. Did a blind tasting and was so happy we did. Definitely a night to recommend.
Top notch service and food. Amazing experience.
Absolutely RIDICULOUS... I have eaten in wonderful restaurants all over the world... This was the most ridiculous experience.. Very self important, full of their own importance.... What a waste of money and time!!!!
Creative cuisine and excellent service!
